Will I have the same cleaner every time?
While we always strive to give you the same cleaner, we also want our staff to have a great work life balance. Therefore we always train an additional employee on your needs.
All Busy Bee's Cleaning Service's employees undergo a rigorous background check and extensive training to insure our clients are getting both trustworthy and excellent service!
Do you clean residential homes?
Unfortunately, we do not.
If my business has special insurance needs, such as a becoming a rider on your insurance, can you accommodate that?
Absolutely!
What if my building is a high security building?
No Problem! All our staff must have a clean background check in order to work for us.
Can you wash outside windows?
Yes...and no. Busy Bees cannot personally wash exterior windows on a building. This is something janitorial insurance does not cover. However, all our current commercial contracts do get their exterior windows washed by our trusted subcontractor! We take care of all the details, so your windows sparkle.
How do you keep employees?
This may be our favorite question! We spoil them! Here at Busy Bees we believe if we take care of our employees, they will take care of their buildings, and in return we have very happy clients!

Yes. Busy Bees provides all professional-grade equipment and cleaning products required to maintain your facility.
If requested, we can meet Green Seal™ standards and provide environmentally responsible cleaning options.
Do you provide restroom and paper supplies?
We offer optional consumable supply management, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash liners.
Clients may supply their own consumables, or Busy Bees can manage and restock inventory (Cost + 10%).
How do you price your services?
We provide flat monthly pricing based on:

- Floor types
- Security requirements
After a walkthrough, you will receive a customized proposal outlining your cleaning program.

Yes. We offer free on-site walkthroughs to evaluate your building and discuss your cleaning needs before preparing a proposal.
